3-Avoid cakes and candy

When it comes to losing weight, the two most dangerous words in the English dictionary consist of cakes and candy. The only time it is ok to consume a lot of sugar is before and after a workout, because most of the sugar will be delivered to your muscles rather than fat storage. It is always a good idea have fruits right after a workout because they are loaded with the good kind of carbs.
